You can try the sample without needing to open the main perfume bottle or box. If the perfume does not suit you, you can easily request a return, according to the following conditions:Product condition: The perfume box and all its contents must be fully sealed and in their original condition (except for the 2 ml trial sample).Offers and packages: Offers that contain more than one perfume, or "bundles" (packages), are non-returnable.Return fee: A fee of 19 will be deducted for the return process.Return period: You can request a return within 7 days from the date of receipt, and the refund will be processed to your account within 15 to 20 working days.Number of times: A return request can only be made once per order, and the request cannot be repeated for the same order number abroad: Orders shipped outside Saudi Arabia are non-returnable.
